This policy explains what personal data BiancoToro Technologies SUARL collects when you visit biancotoro.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible, and we do not sell personal data.

This site is a static page. It has no accounts, no login and no third-party scripts, so simply reading it does not create a profile of you. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — which are needed to serve the page and to detect abuse.

Contacting us
The contact form and every call-to-action on this site compose a message in your own email client, or copy our address to your clipboard; the site itself transmits nothing. If you email us, we receive your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you and, where it leads to work, to manage that engagement.

3. Cookies
We ask before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. Declining costs you no functionality on this site. The only cookie the site can currently write is the record of that choice — without it we would have to ask you on every page load.

It is a first-party cookie set with SameSite=Lax (and Secure over HTTPS). It holds one value — granted or denied — and no identifier. No third party can read it.
We currently run no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, the tools will load only after you accept, and this table will list each one before it is used. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using in the site footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Why we are allowed to use it

- Legal obligation — where accounting or tax law requires us to keep records.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers needed to operate — hosting and email above — each acting on our instructions, and to authorities where the law requires it.
BiancoToro Technologies SUARL delivers services internationally, so data may be processed outside your country. Where that involves a transfer out of the EEA or the UK, it is made under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. 6. How long we keep it
No longer than needed for the purpose it was collected for, or than the law requires. The consent cookie expires after six months. Server logs and correspondence follow the retention periods stated above.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to correspondence is limited to the people who need it. Application security is our own discipline, and we apply it to our infrastructure: hardened configuration, dependency and vulnerability monitoring, and least-privilege access.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did beforehand.

If you are not satisfied, you may complain to a supervisory authority. In Tunisia this is the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (INPDP) under Organic Law no. 2004-63. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
9. Children
This site offers business-to-business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we use personal data will be announced on this page before they take effect.
